The Australian Girls Choir believes it has a responsibility to monitor the ongoing progress of our choristers and endeavours to provide one to one personal feedback from class Tutors to each chorister's family as requested.
Chorister information is recorded by each class Tutor and includes individualised comments on specific musical and performance skills, participation and priority areas for development; these comments are collated each Semester by the relevant State Office.

Chorister information is recorded by each class Tutor and includes individualised comments on specific musical and performance skills, participation and priority areas for development; these comments are collated each Semester by the relevant State Office.
Our parent body may access such information in a number of ways:
- Parents may chat with their daughter's Tutor before or after weekly classes; please approach the Venue Manager to make a time
- Parents may organise to have an appointment or a telephone conversation with their daughter's Tutor; please contact your State Office for assistance
- Parents may ring the State Office and obtain from senior staff a verbal summary of their daughter's progress
- Parents may request a written report or reference from the State Office if a specific need arises (in general written reports will not be supplied)
A further opportunity is provided to parents to ascertain the progress of their daughters in the form of demonstration classes which are held twice a year, at the end of Term 1 and Term 3; we encourage all parents to attend these special classes to observe their daughter's participation in the choir's activities.
