Introduction

Over recent years the Australian Girls Choir has been developing our Alumni network. Alumni stay connected through Girls from Oz Inc. Girls from Oz Inc is an organisation with a big future and we’d like you to be involved. It’s all about providing activities that will expand life experiences, create connections, encourage growth in confidence and increase opportunities for the many thousands of young people who have limited access to high quality education.

We envisage that the dynamic network of AGC Alumni along with current and ex-staff members will bring great energy, highly creative ideas and strong support to g-oz. G-oz will be the social network that connects this amazingly varied group; while the AGC is the thing we have in common g-oz will provide very different opportunities from existing friendship or work based relationships. In addition to working together to meet the aims of Girls from Oz we envisage that there will be many other benefits to belonging to this group. The future is limitless – we intend to create a world wide association of people dedicated to using their abilities to improve the outlook for young people who currently have limited life opportunities.

Please visit our website – www.girlsfromoz.org.au and forward this link to other alumni or ex-AGC staff that you may be in contact with. We are building our contact list and we need your help to re-connect us with the many, many people who have been involved with the AGC over the years. If it has been a while since you have been in contact with the AGC we encourage you to visit our websites to check out what has been going on – we have recently formed Aus Girls Dance and a3 – Australian Arts Alive; and now along with the AGC these all fall under our umbrella company – the Australian School of Performing Arts! Visit www.aspagroup.com.au to check it out!
